Consider below Example to understand difference between Timespan.Milliseconds and Timespan.TotalMilliseconds

Consider timespan pDif value is 00:00:30.9340203 and

pDif.Seconds = 30
pDif.Milliseconds = 934

So is it correct to assume that the total time span, in MILLISECONDS is then 30,934 using the following formula:

TotalMilliseconds = TimeSpan.Milliseconds + (TimeSpan.Seconds * 1000)
